Ray Lutes
Ray Lutes is a former district court judge for the Asotin County District Court in Washington. He joined the court in 1999 and retired on December 31, 2015.[1][2][3]
Education
Lutes received his undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University in 1973, and a J.D. from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1978.[1]
Career
From 1992 until he joined the court in 1999, Lutes was a prosecutor for Asotin County. He has also owned a private practice, worked in the governor's office, served as a judge pro tem, and taught at South Puget Sound Community College and Walla Walla Community College.[1]

General: He defeated Jane E. Richards in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 69.5 percent of the vote.
