Ray McKinnon
Ray McKinnon (Democratic Party) ran for election for an at-large seat of the Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners in North Carolina. McKinnon lost in the Democratic primary on March 3, 2020.
Biography
Ray McKinnon earned a bachelor's degree from John Wesley University in 2005. McKinnon’s career experience includes working as a United Methodist clergyman. He is a commissioner with the Charlotte Housing Authority, a board member with Leading On Opportunity and Lead NC, and a committeeman with the Democratic National Committee.[1]
