Ray Rapp
Ray Rapp is a former Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives. He represented District 118 from 2003-2013 and served as a State House Deputy Minority Whip. He is a college dean.

Elections
2012
Rapp ran for re-election in 2012. He ran unopposed in the May 8, 2012, Democratic primary. He was defeated by Michele D. Presnell (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
2010
On November 2, 2010, Rapp won election to the North Carolina House of Representatives. He had no primary opposition but was challenged by Samuel Edwards (R) in the general election.[3][4]
