Ray Rogers (Mississippi)
Ray Rogers (b. July 3, 1931) is a former Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing District 61 from 1983 to 2020.
Rogers died on December 18, 2020.[1]
Biography
Rogers' career experience includes working as owner of Ad-World Advertising Specialists, and as a Justice of the Peace.[2]

Elections for the Mississippi House of Representatives took place in 2015. A primary election was held on August 4, 2015. The general election took place on November 3, 2015. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 27, 2015.[3] No Democratic candidates filed for election. Incumbent Ray Rogers defeated Randall Stephens in the Republican primary. Rogers ran unchallenged in the District 61 general election.

On November 8, 2011, Rogers won re-election to District 61 of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He ran unopposed in the August 2 primary and was unchallenged in the November 8 general election.[4][5]
