A Rayland Village Current Expenses Tax Levy Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Jefferson County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.

This question authorized the village of Rayland to increase property taxes by 3 mills ($3 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund current expenses of the village.[1]
