Raylyn Beevers is a judge for the 2nd Parish Court in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. She was elected on October 19, 2013 for a term that expires in 2017.[1]

2013 election

Beevers was the only candidate for the 2nd Parish Court in 2013. She was automatically elected without opposition following the October 19, 2013 primary and did not appear on the ballot.[1][2]

Beevers earned an undergraduate business degree from the University of New Orleans, going on to receive her J.D. from Loyola University in 1997.[3]

Career

Beevers was a managing partner at the law firm of Beevers & Beevers from 1998 to 2013. She has served on the Gretna City Council since 2008.[3]
