Biography
Raymond Seigfried earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Bloomsburg University in 1972 and a graduate degree in business administration and management from Antioch University in 1979. Seigfried’s career experience includes working as a professor at Arcadia University and Senior Vice President of Administration at Christiana Care Health System. He served on the board of the Wilmington HOPE Commission, which describes itself as “[an] advocate for meaningful strategies focusing on the revitalization of Wilmington’s most underserved communities.”[1] Seigfried was elected to serve as the Representative for Delaware House District 7.[2]
