Rebecca S. McClure
Rebecca S. McClure was a judge for the Boone County Superior Court in Indiana. She was appointed to the court by Governor Mitch Daniels when James R. Detamore left the office to run for the Indiana Senate in 2006. She left the court in 2014.[1][2]
Education
McClure obtained a B.S. degree from Butler University in Indianpolis, going on to receive her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. She was admitted to the bar in 1982.[3][1]
Career
After law school, McClure joined her then-husband's law firm, Giddings, Whittsitt and McClure before becoming Boone County Prosecutor in 1987. She later became assistant director of the Indiana Prosecuting Attorney's Council from 1998 until she became a judge in 2006.[1][2]
