Rebecca Lyn Spencer is an associate circuit court judge for Division 6 of the 5th Circuit Court in Buchanan County, Missouri. She was elected to the court on November 4, 2014, for a term commencing on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2018.[1]
