Biography
Rebecca Tepper earned a J.D. from Boston University Law School. Her career experience includes working as the Chief of the Energy and Environment Bureau in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Tepper also worked as General Counsel for the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities.[1]
