Biography
Education
From Murray State University Arnold received a bachelor's degree in accounting in 1978 and a master's degree in business administration in 1982. She earned her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 1987.[1] Arnold's professional experience includes working as general counsel at the W.H. Moore Company, a commercial real estate development business.[1]

Primary: She was successful in the primary on May 20, 2014, receiving 34.3 percent of the vote. She competed against Samuel A. Hoagland, Jeanne M. Howe and Jonathan Medema.
General: She was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 47.2 percent of the vote. She competed against Samuel A. Hoagland.[3][4]
