Rebecca A. Wiseman was a justice on the Fifth District of the California Courts of Appeal. She was appointed by Governor Pete Wilson and, once confirmed, she took the oath of office on November 13, 1995. She was retained by voters on November 7, 2006, and retired from the court in October 2013.[1]
Education
Wiseman graduated from California State University at Fresno and a J.D.from the University of California at Davis.[1]
