Recount concludes Prosser won election

Wisconsin: The statewide recount that sought to determine the winner of the April 5th Wisconsin Supreme Court election was finished on Friday. David Prosser officially won the election, the votes from which will be certified today. If she chooses to, challenger JoAnne Kloppenburg has five days to challenge the results in court. The recount proved that Prosser won the election by only 7,006 votes.[1]
