| “ | Shall the CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF REDFORD be authorized to impose an increase of up to 1.375 mills (1.375 per $1,000 of taxable value) in the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution and levy it for 12 years, 2012 through 2023 for parks and recreation, senior citizen, and youth programs and operations which mills increase will raise an estimated $1,100,000 in the first year the millage is levied? (For example, a property owner with a taxable value of $30,000 would pay an additional $41.25 each year.)[1][2] | ” |
