Oklahoma: The Oklahoma Supreme Court has rejected the lawsuit filed by Jim Wilson appealing the new redistricting lines in Oklahoma. We first covered this story back in mid-August. As that appeal has been rejected Wilson has filed a new lawsuit in the Oklahoma County Seventh District Court challenging the redistricting lines. The Senate President Brian Bingman has asked for the court to allow the Senate to intervene in the lawsuit. Despite not having a hearing date set, the Senate leaders expect the case to be thrown out given Wilson's previous filing.[1]
