This Measure amends the Reedsport City Charter Section 45 by specifying which types of fee increases require voter approval. "Public utility rates" as used in this section means water, waste water, and storm water and would require voter approval, subject to existing contracts. Administrative fees that are established or increased to cover the City's operational costs linked with providing the service (e. g. boat launch. kennel and copy fees) would not require voter approval.
