Biography
Duggins was born in Brooklyn, New York. She earned her undergraduate degree from Cazenovia College May 2001 and her graduate degree from Grand Canyon University in April 2019. Her professional experience includes working as an educator, reading interventionist, and D20 constituent board member.[1][2]

- I am dedicated to supporting all citizens in my district. A communities power comes from the people who live, eat, and breathe in it. I am a firm supporter and advocate of invigorating new innovative ideas with fresh outcomes for community growth, education, and development.
- Strong advocate and supporter for LGBTQ+ Rights and Equality for all citizens. Diversity and Inclusion is my top priority in all aspects of community growth and revitalization.
