Regina Hill is running for election to the Orlando City Council to represent District 5 in Florida. She is on the ballot in the general election on November 4, 2025.[source]

Hill was a member of the Orlando City Council in Florida, representing District 5. She assumed office in 2014. She left office on April 1, 2024.

Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) suspended Hill from the Orlando City Council after she was arrested in March 2023.[1]

Biography

Regina Hill's career experience includes working as a nurse. She is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.[2]

The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was September 8, 2017. Three of seven council seats were up for election. The following candidates ran in the general election for the District 5 seat on the Orlando City Council.[3]

2014

Orlando held city council elections on April 8, 2014. Edward "Juan" Lynum, Regina Hill and Cynthia Rena Harris faced off in the general election. Because no candidate received more than 50 percent of the vote, the top two vote-getters - Lynum and Hill - met in a runoff election on May 6, which Hill won.[4][5][6][7]
