Reginald Crenshaw (Democratic Party) is a member of the Mobile County Public School System in Alabama, representing District 3. He assumed office in 2008. His current term ends in 2026.

Biography
Crenshaw graduated from Mattie T. Blount High School in 1974 and earned bachelor's degree in economics from Morehouse College in 1978. After graduating from Morehouse, Crenshaw taught one year of mathematics at Blount High School. At the age of 21, he was elected to a seat on the Prichard City Council. He eventually joined the staff at Bishop State Community College as the coordinator of institutional research. He has served as the Director of Title III Programs and adjunct instructor for business statistics for the school. While employed at Bishop State, he has earned a master's degree in public administration from the University of South Alabama, completed all course work towards a master's degree in general counseling from Alabama State University and earned a Ph.D. in higher education administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. After obtaining his Ph.D., Crenshaw was employed by Alabama State University as an adjunct instructor teaching courses in educational statistics, educational research and several other master's degree/Ed.S. courses offered at the Mobile Campus of Alabama State University. Crenshaw is a member of the Highpoint Baptist Church, and is the founder and chairman of the Board of Directors of the Highpoint Educational and Community Enrichment Foundation Board. He has three children.[1]
