Regis C. Welsh, Jr.
Regis C. Welsh, Jr. was a judge for the Allegheny County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania.[1] He retired from the court at the end of his term in 2011.[2]
This office, District 05-2-46, closed November 18, 2011 under a consolidation plan ordered by the Administrative Office of the Pennsylvania Courts.[3]
