Reid Hedgepeth
Reid Hedgepeth is a former member of the Memphis City Council in Tennessee, representing Super District 9. He was elected to the council in 2007.[1]
Biography
Hedgepeth graduated from Christian Brothers High School, going on to receive an undergraduate degree from the University of Memphis. His professional experience includes landscaping as the owner of Hedgepeth Construction LLC.[1]

The city of Memphis, Tennessee, held elections for mayor and city council on October 8, 2015. Because this race could not move to a runoff, the candidate with the most votes was declared the winner, regardless of whether he or she won a majority.[2] The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was July 17, 2015.[3] In the District 9 Position 3 race, incumbent Reid Hedgepeth defeated Stephen Christian and Zachary Ferguson in the general election on October 8, 2015.[4]
