Biography
Flores received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and his J.D. from University of California at Berkeley.[1] Flores is in private practice at the Law Office of Rene C. Flores. He has worked as an Assistant Federal Public Defender, Chief of Litigation of Nueces County, and for the firms Mathews & Branscomb and Gardere & Wynne.[1]
