Revenue Committee, Wyoming State Senate
The Revenue Committee is a standing committee of the Wyoming State Senate.
Per the Senate Rules, committees of the Wyoming State Senate are assigned by the President of the Senate.[1] A majority of appointed members make up a committee's quorum.[2] The President is not recognized as an ex officio member of any committee.

Function
According to the Wyoming State Legislature's website:
| “ | Standing committees meet during legislative sessions to review bills, hear testimony and recommend action on legislation for the consideration of the full body of the Senate ... These committees meet before and after the daily floor sessions and during Noon recess. These committees generally consist of ... five members in the Senate. All legislation being considered during session is assigned by the presiding officer in the Senate ... to one of these committees for review and recommendation before being considered on the floor by the entire body of the Senate ...[3][4] | ” |
