There will be a Revision of Cave Creek Town Use Land Map, Proposition 400 on the November 3 ballot in Maricopa County for voters in Cave Creek.
This proposition seeks to change how three parcels of land in the south corner of the town are used. This proposition would change the land use designation from desert rural to mixed use.[1]
