Rex D. Fortney was a judge on the Van Wert County Court of Common Pleas Probate/Juvenile Division in Ohio.[1] He joined the court in 1985 and retired effective December 31, 2011. His term would have expired in 2014.[2]
Career
In 1985, Fortney joined the Court of Common Pleas. From 1980 to 1983, he was Law Director for the City of Van Wert. He also spent ten years in private practice.[2]
