Biography

Rex Shipp grew up in Joseph, Utah, and lives in Cedar City, Utah. Shipp graduated from South Sevier High School in 1974. He earned a B.S. in industrial technology from Southern Utah University in 1981. His career experience includes working as a machine operator and manager at Morton Metalcraft and as a financial advisor with Cambridge Financial Center.

Shipp became a member of the Cedar City Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and the National Association of Health Underwriters.
