- Housing: Tulsa, like many other cities across the nation is facing a housing crisis. Using data from the Citywide Housing Assessment and through collaboration with citizens, local service providers and leaders, Rhene will work with citizens to strategically respond to this crisis.
- Public Safety: Every citizen deserves to feel safe in their neighborhood. Rhene will work with neighborhood associations and the local law enforcement agencies to identify and address the challenges faced by citizens. Tulsa must prioritize strategies that law enforcement officer and fire fighter staffing levels create a safe city for them and for residents. Additionally, Rhene will explore options for enhancing a collaborative community response that would allow for mental health professionals or social service providers to respond to calls, when appropriate, if the call if not for violation of the law or a life-threatening emergency.
- Economic Opportunity: Economic opportunity is not just about attracting new businesses, it's about ensuring existing business have the ability to thrive. Rhene will work with business owners to ensure Tulsa's policies do not create unnecessary barriers.
