School safety, teacher training and development, Dual Language programs.

What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?

An elected official must exemplify respect for the community, integrity, transparent communication, knowledge of the community and its needs and a passion for education.

What qualities do you possess that you believe would make you a successful officeholder?

As a public high school teacher, I am in-tune with what is happening with public education in the state of Arizona. I am an advocate for students and their families. I am honest, hard-working and my love for my community makes me want to participate in our community to make it a better place for all.
