The Rhode Island Amendment to the Industrial Building Authority Act, Proposal 12 was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 5, 1974, as a legislatively referred state statute. It was defeated. The measure would have allowed the Rhode Island Industrial Building Authority to guarantee industrial loans to marine industries.[1]
