The Rhode Island Blackstone Valley Sewer District Project, Proposal 7 was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was defeated. The measure would have authorized up to $3.1 million in bonds for interceptor sewer extensions.[1]
