The Rhode Island Board of Regents for Education, Proposal 11 was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 5, 1974, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was defeated. The measure would have authorized $10 million in bonds for housing and other facilities at state institutions of higher education.[1]
