The Rhode Island Educational Facilities, Proposal 9 was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 5, 1974, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was defeated. The measure would have authorized $11.4 million in bonds for the expansion and development of facilities at the University of Rhode Island, Rhode Island College and Rhode Island Junior College.[1]
