The Rhode Island Handicapped Accessibility, Proposal 2 was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 5, 1985, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The measure authorized $5 million in bonds to continue accessibility of state facilities for the handicapped.[1]
