The Rhode Island Higher Education Bonds Question, also known as Question 3, was a legislatively referred bond question on the November 6, 2012 ballot in the state of Rhode Island, where it was approved.
The measure authorized the state government to issue general bonds of no more than $50,000,000 for renovations and modernization of academic buildings at Rhode Island College.

| “ | Approval of this question will allow the State of Rhode Island to issue general obligation bonds, refunding bonds, and temporary notes in an amount not to exceed fifty million dollars ($50,000,000) for renovations and modernization of academic buildings at Rhode Island College including renovation, upgrade and expansion of health and nursing facilities on the campus of Rhode Island College.[2] | ” |
