The Rhode Island Human Services, Bond Proposal 6, also known as Question 20, was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 4, 1986, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The measure authorized $2.6 million in bonds for facilities holding day activity programs for those with physical and mobile disabilities.[1]
