The Rhode Island Rewrite of Constitution, Constitutional Amendment 1, also known as Question 1, was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 4, 1986, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The Rhode Island Constitution was rewritten to delete annulled sections and place amendments in order.^[1]
