The Rhode Island Sewage Treatment, Proposal 2 was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 7, 1978, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was defeated. The measure would have authorized $2 million in bonds in anticipation of a wastewater receptor's construction in Cumberland.[1]
