The Rhode Island Transportation, Bond Proposal 10, also known as Question 25, was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 4, 1986, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was defeated. The measure would have authorized $57.49 million in bonds for transportation capital, including replacement buses for RIPTA, non-interstate highways, bridge replacement, garages, highway safety projects and state airfields.[1]
