The Rhode Island Transportation, Proposal 3 was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 5, 1985, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The measure authorized $16 million in bonds for capital development related to mass transit, highways, highway safety and bridge replacement.[1]
