The Rhode Island Underground Storage Tank Revolving Fund, Proposal 6 was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 5, 1985, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The measure authorized $1.5 million in bonds for loans and grants to replace underground storage tanks for petroleum products and hazardous waste.[1]
