The Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Proposal 3 was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 7, 1978, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was defeated. The measure would have authorized $3.25 million in bonds for the expansion and upkeep of facilities at the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery.[1]
