The Rhode Island Vocational Education Expansion and Development Program, Proposal 3 was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The measure authorized up to $7.75 million in bonds for the expansion and development of vocational education.[1]
