Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

Rhonda Hercules was born in Wheeling, West Virginia, and works there as Secretary of Operations for Ohio County Schools. She also serves as president of the board of directors for Ohio County Public Schools Federal Credit Union. A lifelong learner and political activist, over the past four years she has devoted her life to thousands of hours of research into our political climate as well as the pandemic, and is determined to serve as an example for intelligent honorable Americans to take the reins of their government. During the pandemic she filed a writ of mandamus to order Governor Justice honor his oath and protect the constitutional rights of West Virginians, and sent a decree against government conservatorship and demand for parens patriae action to Attorney General Patrick Morrisey. She also marched peacefully in Washington D.C. on January 6, 2021, and traveled to Charleston in support of AG Morrisey to join the suit filed in the Supreme Court of the United States examining widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Serving as district captain of Convention of States, she supports a nonpartisan effort to call a convention under Article V of the United States Constitution.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

• There has never been a more urgent time to replace politicians with patriotic Americans. I am your America first candidate.
• The federal government is completely out of control. What must be done to save our country will only be achieved by the American people.
• It is time to restore our rights and hold government accountable. Events of 2020 such as the election and the plandemic must be reconciled.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

The areas of public policy that I am most passionate about are personal privacy and data collection. Our data is the gold rush of the 21st century, and big tech is turning the consumer into the consumed. So far big tech has been allowed to do as they please, while the consumer has been left in the dark. There is no one in Washington doing anything to protect the people. They no longer work for us, but now work only for big tech. I want to create laws that protect our personal data, and preserve our privacy.

Who do you look up to? Whose example would you like to follow, and why?

I admire Dr. Judy Mikovits for her courage to stand on the side of truth, even when the most powerful people in the world were out to destroy her. Going from a prestigious research position to sitting in a jail cell for days, Judy never thought twice about compromising her morals for comfort or safety. She knew that those in power did not have truth on their side. When her research didn't fit the narrative, they tried to silence her. Knowing that her discoveries could improve the lives of millions, she refused to retract her claims. I would like to follow her example in never wavering in my support of truth, no matter how uncomfortable it might get.
