This is definitely something that I will have to answer in full, at a later time.

Simple version, I am a 50 year old American Patriot that has had enough of the political propaganda and the striping away of constitutional rights of American Citizens.

In other words, I AM ONE TICKED OFF, OLD WOMAN😂🤣
  • Taxation, revenue generation for the government, social security, Medicare, TANF, unemployment, SBA Loans, Student loans...all things financial. After 20 years doing forensic audits that dealt with Pentagon and military contractors contracts & payments, I have an affinity for auditing. I helped write the standards for the Sarbanes Oxley laws, regarding corporations reporting Financials correctly to their shareholders. Firmly believe audits must be done, so that transparency, trust and integrity can be confirmed to all constituents.
  • The budget and the escalation of the debt being piled onto we the people. Spending is out of hand, because the US exports very little. A country with no products to trade, dependent only upon services, is a country doomed for failure. Trade is a big concern for me, az technology advances, having only services to offer, soon technology will replace the services Americans can offer. What then? We must work towards sustainable economies within each community where products can be manufactured & get back on track with the USA providing the GOODS we consume in this country.
  • Education reform. Obviously, the no child left behind doesn't work, as the USA has seen a 25% decrease in where we rank world wide with our public school systems. That type of decline is unacceptable. Parents should have the option of where their child goes to school, based on the schools stays in pass/fail ratio's. A lot more to say on this, my basic stance is parents choice with tax credits or subsidies based on the community they live within.
Taxation

Budget
Deficit
Public Education
Public Health
Complete Transparency with every American
Immigration and the rise in human trafficking
Ending human slavery
Human rights abuses
Government overreach
Having Public panels that are responsible for community, state and federal government oversight.
The reversal of propaganda laws, that has allowed MSM to blatantly lie to the American people and re-instatement of the non propaganda laws for media.

AMERICA 1ST
SAVE AMERICA
HEAL AMERICA

So America can be that shining light on a hill that we use to be, a beacon of hope, where the American Dream can still come true.

Every American deserves the HOPE I grew up with.
There aren't many people I look up too, in the sense that you're asking that question. I never elevate people, because we are all human, and all fail at some point. Therefore, I see no need to look up to others. Now I respect a lot of people, their abilities, their integrity, their talents. At the core, I keep in my mind, they are human and it isn't fair for anyone to put higher expectations upon them.

With that said, I have a lot of "heroes" of faith. Paul is definitely one of my heroes, the complexities he lived through, the transformations he made in his life over politics & religion is phenomenal. The humbleness that Paul learned during his transformation amazes me. Paul was well educated, a politician, a leader and one of great authorities back then. Yet he walked away from those things, the way in which he was raised, to serve God & Humanity. That isn't something you see everyday, someone that truly has a heart to serve the people.
Prayerfully, I will maintain my servants heart for and towards WE THE PEOPLE. That's my desire, to follow in Paul's footsteps to help bring honesty, integrity and trust back to the people. We all need that, someone we can trust and know that irregardless of the affects to them, that the person we elect will always do what's best for we the people....that's what we elect candidates for...to serve our needs and vote in a way that represents how the voters would vote if they had the chance.

People have been so hurt, jobs lost, lives lost, homes lost, education lost and the never ending fear propaganda kept being shoveled out to everyone. The mental abuse that our government has caused, it breaks my heart to see. People deserve so much better, and I want to bring that to them and I want to be their Representative, I want to them to know they will have someone that listens to them and fights for them. Their voice deserves to be heard & acted upon.
No, there is no one principle or core belief on politics, nor philosophy.

If you just read the Bible, that taught me as a Christian I have a duty. That duty is to be Christ in the flesh to all I come in contact with. To allow His love, His servant hood, His trustworthiness is all I want to flow from my life. I am human and not perfect. Yet I have a reputation of servant hood & trustworthiness, which I hope shows God's love flowing through me to others. I will let others be the judge of that measurement
The core responsibility is to uphold the oath of office, to preserve & defend the constitutional rights of WE THE PEOPLE

An elected officials 1st responsibility is to the people.

After that, the committee responsibilities and the commitment to do what's best for the people in each committee.
To follow the path of integrity
The Iranian Hostage Crisis in 1979. Jimmy Carter was president. We had not had a TV in our home in the mid 70's. As my dad Pastored and back then a TV in the home was a controversial thing, especially for Pastor's.

I think that's why this sticks out the most. We had just gotten a TV, we pretty much was only allowed to watch the news, and there was a lot of coverage on the situation.
Being 8 years old, I remember getting upset when the hostages would be harmed or killed. I didn't really understand why they had been captured, but I knew they were Americans and it made me sad for them & their families.

I also remember Ronald Reagan being elected, and how this hostage situation was debated a lot during that time. At school, we had mock elections, and I voted for Reagan because he said he would get the hostages home.
My dad took us kids out around our 15th Birthday's, to get a job. At 15 you went to work, you worked full time during the summer & most of the school year. It wasn't a matter of keeping your grades up, you were going to work, keep your grades up and attend church. Anything, you wanted to do beyond that, you had to figure out how to fit it in to your schedule.

My first job was working at Kmart, in the camera and jewelry department.

I love working, and going to work at that age taught me great work ethics, responsibility and how to plan ahead.
The Bible

It contains the answers to life.

Why not? Why would you need anything else, the Bible has all the answers
I have to say the tin man....

Some days I think it would be good to not have a brain...no liberal jokes being made here.

My mind never shuts off. Some days it would be nice to see if ignorance really is bliss
We need God in America Again

By Carmen...

You can only get it stuck in your head, sung in his voice in your head,
The powers of the house are;

Writes legislation, override the veto, initiate amendments, declare war, confirm a newly appointed VP & the power to generate revenue bills, as well as impeachment powers.

The house is most unique in its abilities to generate/initiate revenue bills and to declare war.
No, I do not believe it is necessary to have experience. I do believe it is necessary to know the branches of government, the powers each branch hold and they must know the Constitution.

To me, most importantly is to take their oath of office as it is too the people, not the government, political party, nor special interests group. We have a responsibility & a right to defend our constituents Constitutional rights, against all enemies foreign & DOMESTIC

TO NOT LIVE UP TO THAT OATH TO THE PEOPLE IS TREASON.
Fortunately, we live in America. We will recover like American's always have, by coming together and helping each other survive. America has always come together in crises. American's would've already come together now if the politicians, MSM and social media would stop creating more divide with their lies & propaganda.

MSM and Politicians are the biggest threat to our country and our national security. It has to stop. The only way to do that is to end Lobbying and or limit the funding of Lobbying to say $20,000 a year, to that person's district, not their campaign and certainly not their pockets.

Last, definitely not the least, America has amends to make to other countries and we have to rebuild our reputation for loyalty and integrity for our allies. That is a must, no way around it.
The ways & means committee,

The budget or the appropriatation committee
The Education & workforce committee

Committee on Oversight and Government Reform
I believe 4 years would be more productive. Yet I believe 6 years is the longest someone should be able to serve.

There definitely needs to be term limits. Too much time serving with no accountability to the people, like it has been, breeds discontentedness. Which then breeds strife and no desire to vote the will of the people or to serve the people.

I would like to see a 6 year cap, (3 terms) limit for US House Reps. Even then 6 years is pushing things

I would like to see a 12 year cap (or 2 terms) in the Senate.

However, it wouldn't matter to me if at every Presidential election we vote on all 3 branches of government at the same time and all of them have a 4-6 year term limit.

Many, over the past year I have sat with a lot of people. Unfortunately, there have been a lot of pain among the people.

I've seen families lose everything from their small businesses being shut down. Due to various delays they went 6 months before ever receiving their 1st unemployment check. During that time, many lost homes, cars, families split up due to divorce over the strain of the loss and financial debt. I have sat with Wives & husband's whose spouse committed suicide due to all the strain. I've tried to encourage them and help them pick the pieces up and try to get life back together. I have held children who lost a parent from Covid, who lost the other parent to suicide....

These stories aren't mine to tell, so I don't feel right trying to pick Just one, or telling someone else's story.

I can say all the above are things I saw in person, situations I was in as I volunteered with crisis counseling. So seeing these type of scenarios all over America, has been very impactful & memorable. To the point that I could no longer sit back and allow our government to keep going the way that it is. I had to do something, to give back, to help in some way to help our country heal
There was a priest

A rabi and
A Baptist Preacher....

That's kind of the end. I know, not so funny to you. It might help if you knew, my dad is a Baptist Preacher. He has Pastored all my life, so over 50 years, as he was a Pastor before I was born.

So it's an inside joke
Compromise is a part of life. It is a necessity in a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC. Each elected official has a responsibility to do what is the desire of their constituents. With that, there has to be give and takes.

However, none of those takes should be something that would harm their constituents either.

There are limits to compromise as well. Those limits aren't set by me and should not be set by any representative. That line to draw should be for we the people to make. It is their right & their responsibility to ensure elected officials do the will of the people. Which means the people have to be communicated with, not talked at or told. They should be made aware, they should be able to voice their preference, especially on what they are giving up in any sort of compromise.

A compromise is either a gain to the people or a loss to the people. We should want that balanced well for all Americans.
Generating revenue is and should be a top priority to keep our government functioning. However, that revenue shouldn't be generated solely off the backs of the low wage earners, middle-class and elderly.
