Ric Tenneson
Ric Tenneson was a 2014 Republican candidate for District 79 of the Montana House of Representatives. Tenneson was removed from the ballot after a complaint against District 45 candidate Stephen Hoklin (D) led to a finding that 39 candidates, including Tenneson, did not file campaign finance reports on time. While most turned in their reports after the ruling, Tenneson was one of three legislative candidates to be disqualified for not filing reports at all.[1][2]
