Biography
Ricardo Saminego graduated from Jefferson High School. He earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Texas at El Paso, a master's degree in education psychology from the University of Texas at El Paso, a master's degree in bilingual bicultural education from New Mexico State University, and a master's degree in international economics and public policy from the University of Notre Dame. Samaniego's work experience includes working as a consultant, vice president of Human Resources and Organizational Development at GCC of America, general manager of Rio Grande Materials, teacher at the University of Phoenix, and business entrepreneur.[1]
