Rich Harisay was a 2016 Democratic candidate for District 9 of the Oregon State Senate.[1]
Harisday was a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 17 of the Oregon House of Representatives.

Elections for the Oregon State Senate took place in 2016. The primary election took place on May 17, 2016, and the general election was held on November 8, 2016. The candidate filing deadline was March 8, 2016.
Incumbent Fred Girod defeated Rich Harisay and Jack Stillwell in the Oregon State Senate District 9 general election.[2][3]

2014
Elections for the Oregon House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 11, 2014. Rich Harisay was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Incumbent Sherrie Sprenger was unopposed in the Republican primary. She also ran on the Libertarian ticket. Sprenger defeated Harisay in the general election.[6][7][8]
2012
Harisay ran for election in the 2012 election for Oregon House District 17. Harisay was unopposed in the May 15 Democratic primary and was defeated by incumbent Sherrie Sprenger (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[9][10][11]
2010
Harisay was defeated in the November 2 general election by incumbent Sherrie Sprenger (R).[12][13]
