Richard A. Kramer
Richard A. Kramer was a judge for the Superior Court of San Francisco in California. He was appointed to the court in 1996 by Governor Pete Wilson.[1] Kramer retired in August 2015.[2]
Education
Kramer earned his A.B. and J.D. from the University of Southern California.[3]
Career
Kramer was an attorney for Steefel, Levitt & Weiss prior to joining the court.[4]
