Kupferman won election as a Surrogate Court Justice on November 8th after winning the Republican, Conservative, and Independent primaries. He ran unopposed in the Primary and General Election.[4][5][6][1]

Kupferman earned his J.D. from the Albany Law School.[7]
Career
Kupferman has been actively involved in private practice since his admission to the bar. He has also served as General Counsel for the New York State Senate Committee on Children and Families and as an assistant county attorney.[7]
