Richard A. Swartz ran for judge on the Franklin County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania.

2011 election

Swartz ran for an open seat on the Franklin County Magisterial District. He was defeated by Glenn K. Manns in both parties' primaries on May 17. He received 18.2% in the Democratic primary and 15.9% of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] He has cross-filed with both the Democratic and Republican parties.[2]
